YOGA FOR DANCERS
Using Yoga and Pilates warming up methods and techniques, we will learn how to correctly stretch our body, focusing on abdomen and back movements, which are both vital and energetic places in our body. In this class we will also practice slow and measured exercises that will help control our breathing and correct bad body postures.
Physical benefits: it strengthens all muscle groups, fortifies abdomen and back, improves elasticity and breathing control.
Mental benefits: relaxation.
