JAZZ - FUNKY
Fun and lots of dancing. In these classes you will learn basic Jazz, Contemporary and Ballet technique. Warm ups, physical fitness (abdomen,thighs),muscle groups stretching will help you get a better elasticity and dance and choreography techniques.
In Jazz-Funky class we will develop the study of different styles like Classical, Contemporary, Funky and Sexy-Style ( Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, etc).
Physical benefits: it helps burn calories, strengthens all the muscle groups, improves elasticity and soothes menstrual period pains.
Mental benefits: it stimulates fantasy, creates group spirit and develops coordination.
