BALLET FOR ADULTS
Classical Dance or Ballet is the essential foundation of any dance style that corrects body postures, providing the body with a larger flexibility and avoiding injuries.
Classical Dance´s main roll is to enhance body lines by focusing in “ endehors” work ( external leg rotation). Furthermore, ballet develops other qualities like balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, etc . All the above helps build a slender and streamlined figure.
Work in class will be divided in two parts::
Work on the ballet technique: we will study basic positions, balance, pirouettes,jumps…
Centre: when working without the barre we will be able to practice all the above facing the mirror and in diagonals.
